Everyone LOVES meatball appetizers. This Cranberry Meatball Appetizer is perfect for any party and people will come back for seconds and thirds.

For the meatballs
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the sauce
- 1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce 14 ounces
- 1 bottle chili sauce 12 ounces
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Preheat oven to 400° degrees. Coat a cooling rack with nonstick spray and place on baking sheet; set aside.
Combine the meatball ingredients. Shape into 1-in. balls.Place meatballs onto prepared baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 20 minutes. An instant read thermometer should read 160 °F.
Transfer meatballs to a 3-qt. slow cooker or chafing dish.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over meatballs. Serve warm.
