Party Meatballs - Maple Meatballs

Ingredients
  

MEATBALL Ingredients:

  • 3 slices bread
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • Salt and pepper

SAUCE Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

Meatball Instructions:

  • Soak bread in milk
  • Add remaining ingredients and form into balls.
  • Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450-degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Drain excess grease from meatballs, if any.

Sauce Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together to make sauce.
  • Coat meatballs thoroughly with the sauce.
  • Place in oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, plate and garnish with parsley.
